This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, prepared, and shipped by Mod & Co.


Order Processing & Preparation

All Mod & Co. products are handled and prepared with care. Many items involve manual processes such as cleaning, lubrication, diamond polishing, or break-in services.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–14 business days.
However, processing times may exceed this range depending on:

  • Order complexity
  • Selected services (including diamond polishing and break-in)
  • Order volume
  • Public holidays or peak periods

Processing time refers only to preparation and handling and does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship exclusively via Australia Post.

Within Australia

  • Australia Post Standard
  • Australia Post Express

International Orders

  • Australia Post Express International with signature on delivery

At this time, alternative international carriers (such as DHL) are not offered.


Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally, including to the United States and other regions.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with their local import regulations.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time estimates provided at checkout or by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Transit times are determined by Australia Post and local postal services
  • Delays caused by customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather events, or other external factors are outside our control

Mod & Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities
  • These fees are not included in product or shipping prices
  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the parcel has been dispatched.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should contact Australia Post directly. We are happy to assist where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes for carrier-related issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Mod & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Parcels returned to sender for address-related reasons

Reshipping fees may apply.
