Custom Modded MX2A Cherry MX Switches

Cherry MX2A Blacks are the latest iteration of MX Blacks in the Cherry lineup. Building on the Hyperglide generation, they introduce subtle refinements with improved smoothness. Their sound remains loud and clacky, but with a fuller, more cohesive character.

Cherry MX2A Browns refine the modern MX Brown profile with improved consistency and reduced leaf ping. Their tactility feels slightly loaded, offering a subtly fuller keystroke while remaining within the familiar light-medium tactile range.

Switches are lubed with a light, even coat of your selected lubricant by default. You may request a medium or heavy coat of lube in the cart notes.

Lube application method varies by switch type. Listed below are the default lubing methods:

Linear switches
- Stems are completely lubed
- Front leaf contact points are lubed
Tactile switches
- Stems are completely lubed apart from the legs (unlubed to preserve tactility)
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking
Clicky switches
- Stems are left unlubed to preserve the clicky sound
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking
