Custom Modded Cherry MX Black Clear Top Switches

Cherry MX2A MX Black Clear Tops feature a distinct top housing that gives them a deeper, fuller sound profile. They feature a refined, rounded bottom-out with tighter tolerances and improved smoothness compared to the standard MX blacks.

Switches are lubed with a light, even coat of your selected lubricant by default. You may request a medium or heavy coat of lube in the cart notes.

Lube application method varies by switch type. Listed below are the default lubing methods:

Linear switches
- Stems are completely lubed
- Front leaf contact points are lubed
Tactile switches
- Stems are completely lubed apart from the legs (unlubed to preserve tactility)
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking
Clicky switches
- Stems are left unlubed to preserve the clicky sound
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking

Switch springs are lubed with a coat of GPL107 by default
