Custom Modded Cherry MX Ergo Clear Switches

Cherry MX Clears feature a well-defined tactile bump with a crisp, clean sound profile. The tactile event is sharp yet controlled, with a slightly elastic, “jelly-like” feel due to the stem geometry. When paired with heavier springs, they produce a weighty, controlled bottom-out that highlights their acoustics.

Switches are lubed with a light, even coat of your selected lubricant by default. You may request a medium or heavy coat of lube in the cart notes.

Lube application method varies by switch type. Listed below are the default lubing methods:

Linear switches
- Stems are completely lubed
- Front leaf contact points are lubed
Tactile switches
- Stems are completely lubed apart from the legs (unlubed to preserve tactility)
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking
Clicky switches
- Stems are left unlubed to preserve the clicky sound
- Back of the leaf is lubed to reduce ticking

Switch springs are lubed with a coat of GPL107 by default
